Teriyaki salmon and stir fried vegetables | Recipe

Serves 2

Prep time: 20 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 150g stir-fry vegetable pack


Optional serve with:

Fresh red chilli

Sesame seeds


  1. In a bowl, place the salmon fillets in and marinade in sweet chilli sauce, teriyaki sauce and lime juice for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan with oil and place the salmon fillets in. Cook for 4 minutes on each side.
  3. Once cooked, place to the side and cover to keep warm.
  4. In the same pan, fry the vegetables for around 3 minutes depending on how crunchy or soft you want your vegetables.
  5. Plate up the vegetables and top with the salmon fillet. Add some chilli if you like a kick of heat and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
