I am a associate nutritionist registered with the Association For Nutrition. I have a first class honours degree in Human Nutrition (BSc) and I am currently undertaking a MSc in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition.
My passion for food and nutrition has been strong since a young adolescent where I undertook daily dance classes and soon became conscious of what I was eating. Where at first I worried about calories and what food was good or bad, I soon became fascinated with the science behind food which led me to a degree in Human Nutrition.
I am very dedicated in helping everyone understand that we are unique when it comes to nutrition as well as many other aspects in life. My aim is to educate people on how we can feed our bodies with food of nutritional value while keeping it simple, fresh and affordable.
