I am an associate nutritionist registered with the Association For Nutrition. I have a first-class honours degree in Human Nutrition (BSc) and have recently undertaken an MSc in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition.
My passion for food and nutrition has been strong since a young adolescent where I undertook daily dance classes and soon became conscious of what I was eating. Whereat first I worried about calories and what food was good or bad, I soon became fascinated with the science behind food which led me to a degree in Human Nutrition.
I am very dedicated to helping everyone understand that we are unique when it comes to nutrition as well as many other aspects of life. I aim to educate people on how we can feed our bodies with food of nutritional value while keeping it simple, fresh and affordable.
